Pain Programmes & Prices

I work with clients on treatment programmes as “one off” treatments DO NOT work. If you are suffering from long term pain you are going to get very limited relief from one session as the body doesn’t have the time to process the changes and will revert back to its habitual patterns and you are back to square one within a few days.

All programs are for new patients or clients returning after more than 12 months.

    • Three follow up 60 minute treatment sessions

    • Taken ideally over 4 weeks, valid for 2 months

  • Six Session Pain Relief Program

    • Initial 90 min consultation, assessment and treatment
    • Five up to 60 minute follow up treatments
    • Self care advice, exercises and techniques
    • Ideally taken over 6 weeks, valid for 3 months
