I love yoga, the way it makes me feel, the fact that it is a holistic practice that looks after the mind, body and spirit on and off the mat. There are many reasons we chose to practice yoga, building strength and increased flexibility in our body joints, to reduce the effects of stress in our day to day lives, to deepen a meditation practice to name a few. As you may discover yoga provides physical, mental, emotional, energetic and for some spiritual benefits, dependent on your intentions for practicing.
