About the Event

We have officially entered Spring with the Spring Equinox on 20 March and the beginning of another year in the lunar calander. 

In this uncertain and challenging time I want to create a space that is dedicated to self care and how you can navigate these times simply and easily. Its going to be a very restorative practice.

We will take a nourishingly slow movement practice, supporting our body to let go and soften and will end the practice with a thoroughly relaxing Yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is also known as yogic sleep and this is where you get to completely rest, lying still and following my guiding voice into a deep state of relaxation, but still being fully aware. It is said that 20 minutes of yoga nidra is equivalent to 2 hours of deep sleep, so a great opportunity to rest and let go

This practice is open to everyone regardless of ability or experience. Props are required, but don't worry if you don't have yoga specific ones you can use pillows, cushions, books etc, whatever you have lying around the house.
