About the Event

This evening workshop on Thursday 28th December at 7.30-9.00 pm will help to cultivate calm and rest, like giving yourself a Christmas cuddle.

The workshop will include breath work, a restorative yoga practice (like yin but with even less effort) and a yoga nidra to help reset your nervous system, aid sleep and rest. You could do it in your pjs and then hop straight into bed. In fact you could do the yoga nidra in bed and just go off to sleep when its finished.

This practice is open to everyone regardless of ability or experience.  You will need a bolster, yoga or home made - stuff 2 pillows into one pillow case (a "how to video" will be sent with your booking confirmation), cushions, yoga blocks or just a few thick books that can be used like bricks to raise the bolster and a blanket. Make you room warm and cosy, may be light your favourite candle or have low lighting, whatever makes you feel all snuggly.

This event will be recorded and emailed to you the next day, so if it appeals, but you can't make it live still book on and you can do it at a later date. It will be available for three months after the event.
